CONTROLS
Available in local or remote power control packages that consist of NEMA 4X construction and include all wiring, terminal blocks and mount supports. Controls may be mechanical or solid state for use in ambient or line sensing applications. |

SELF-REGULATING HEATING CABLE
Prevents freezing of pipes and maintains process temperatures. Maximum pipe maintenance temperature of up to 420F(power off). Includes single layer overlapping, can be cut to length and is good for Class I Div II areas. Available in 3-20 wts/ft. |

SELF-REGULATING FREEZE PROTECTION CABLE
Ideal for freeze protection of water lines in commercial, non-industrial applications. Check with Ross & Pethtel for Third Party Approvals or Listings for ordinary locations (UL, CSA, FM, etc.).

CONSTANT WATTAGE
Provides process temperature maintenance to 392 F (power off). Optional tinned-copper braid permits use in some hazardous areas.. Available in 4-12 wts/ft. Good for Class I Div II areas. |

MINERAL INSULATED
Mineral insulated heating cable is ideal for the most rugged pipe tracing applications to 1200 F. Incoloy(r) or copper sheath materials resist damage, are fire resistant, and provide a good electrical ground. Single or dual conductor cables are available. |

POWER CONTROL PANELS
Pre-configured panels offer contactors, relays, monitors, pilot lights, manual disconnect switches, cooling fans, integral fuses and breakers, step-down transformers, and NEMA enclosures. Custom panels are also available. |

HEAT TRACING INSTALLATION KITS/ACCESSORIES
Include the necessary components to perform straight or tee splices, power connection boxes and water-resistant end seal termination. Installation tape, pipe straps, and caution labels are also available. |
