HOT OIL AND WATER SYSTEMS

Self-contained heat/cool packages that provide direct or indirect process heating. Systems include temperature and power controls, expansion tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, gauges and all necessary piping.

COMPACT HOT OIL AND WATER SYSTEMS

Fully equipped, portable package cable of max operating temperature of 550 F. Electrical capacity from 4-80 kW, 240 or 480 volt, 3-phase. State of the art solid state controls.

HORIZONTAL ELECTRIC VAPORIZERS

For use with Dowtherm(r), Therminol(r) or other organic fluids. Unlike steam, these units transfer heat to processes at high temperatures and low pressures. ASME certified to 150 psi at 750 F.

TANK HEATERS

Pre-engineered packages utilizing metal sheath tubular or ceramic insulated, open coil pipe insert heating components for use in 2" and 3" nominal pipe sizes. Combine with temperature and power controls and safety cutouts for a complete tank heating system.

BOILERS AND STEAM GENERATORS

Efficient energy managment systems constructed of carbon or stainless steel with fiberglass insulation; they provide low or high pressure steam or hot water for industrial processes or comfort heating. Capacities available up to 5000 lbs/hr @ 250 psig.
